The Falcon Asphalt Recycler & Hot Box
Falcon products have been helping municipalities and contractors to more easily manage road maintenance tasks by making the handling of the asphalt easier for the operators. Working off the back of a truck, it is a race to use the hot mix material before it cools and becomes unusable. The Falcon material hopper is insulated to hold the heat longer and adds heats when needed to maintain optimum temperature all day long.
Unused material can be held overnight, or stored to be recycled another day. Cold mix material can be used where the material is warmed to a more pliable temperature making handling easier for the operators and making the product bind in potholes more successfully.
In addition, Falcon provides an option package that allows for overnight recycling of RAP (reclaimed asphalt pieces), clean millings and unused virgin asphalt.

Demos Available
We offer demos where we allow customers to use a unit for a few days to see if the Falcon is a fit into their operation. It is the best way to evaluate the design, heat management system, reliability and ease of access to the material. We show up, review operation and safety information, and let you use it like it is your own. Everything looks and sounds good on the showroom floor; we encourage our customers try to the unit and decide for themselves.
